What is it?
The Entrepreneur Pass (EntrePass) is a visa applicable to foreign entrepreneurs who wish to launch their startup in Singapore and relocate to the country to run it.
What are the Criteria?
Have started, or intend to start, a private limited company registered with ACRA that is venture-backed or owns innovative technologies. (If the company is already registered, the company must not be more than 6 months old on the date of application.
The candidate must fulfil at least one of the following requirements as an Entrepreneur, Innovator or Investor.
Entrepreneur
The company must be funded by a Government-accredited VC or business angel.
Is an incubate at a government-recognised incubator or accelerator
Has business network and entrepreneurial track record
Innovator
Holds an intellectual property asset.
Has research collaboration with an IHL or research institute in Singapore
Has exceptional technical or domain expertise in an area related to your proposed business.
Investor
Has a good track record of investing in businesses and want to grow new or existing businesses in Singapore.
