Senior Structured Product Sales
Selby Jennings is currently seeking an experienced and driven individual to join our client, one of the leading brokerage firms in Europe. Our client specializes in equity derivatives with a focus on structured products for institutional clients. The successful candidate will be based either in Geneva or potentially Zurich.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 7+ years experience selling Structured Products to smaller institutional clients across Switzerland, the Middle East, LATAM or the UK.
Skills:
Sales/Business Development:
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as exceptional interpersonal abilities that enable them to build relationships with key stakeholders within the industry.
Structured Products/Equity Derivatives/Delta One/ETFs:
A strong understanding of these financial instruments is essential. Candidates must demonstrate their ability to explain complex concepts clearly and simply while engaging potential clients effectively.
Responsibilities :
- Develop new business opportunities by identifying prospects.
- Building trusted advisor status among existing customers through regular follow-up calls/meetings.
-Maintaining accurate sales records using Salesforce CRM software
