As a Senior Legal Counsel, you will:
*Be responsible for business legal matters related to Capital Markets and Transaction Law
*Report directly to Head of Legal
*Ongoing observation and implementation of legal framework in international jurisdiction
*Negotiate, review and draft various type of contracts including implementation of legal decisions throughout specific departments of the business
*Manage global / local projects on various financing transactions including corporate and M&A transactions
*Provide legal advise to matters related to real estate, loan, commodity and trade

As Senior Legal Counsel, you should have:
*Experienced as a (Senior) Legal Counsel in financial services sector and/or as a Lawyer in an international law firm; completed second state examination
*Several years of experiences in German financial / legal institutions
*Strong knowledge in banking, finance and corporate law
*Fluent in English, knowledge of German is an advantage
