As a part of the M&A legal division, you will play a crucial role for one of Fortune 500's mos admired companies from day one and assisting the team regarding legal and regulatory issues.
RESPONSIBILITIES
You will join a sizeable legal team and work closely with the Associate General Counsel and other business leaders to assist in multi-jurisdictional M&As, post integration restructuring and merger control or filing and other necessary related duties.
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent in English and Chinese
- Have 3-8 years of PQE
- Have some exposure towards M&As
- Have a strong interest in tech, cyber-security and anti-risk
Working experience within private practice or in-house positions is an advantage!
