Our client, a global Investment Bank is looking to expand its Corporate Equity Solutions Sales team with hub's in both Europe and Asia. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for developing strategic equity solutions products that meet our EMEA-based corporate clients' requirements. You'll work alongside other professionals within your team and across the organization to deliver bespoke structured equity financing opportunities.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Origination of new business from existing or potential sources
- Structuring complex transactions with innovative financial instruments
- Working collaboratively with internal teams on deal execution
- Representing the Bank and the Equity Solutions franchise with a wide variety of Corporate Clients
Qualifications & Skills Required:
-Minimum 5 years experience within Corporate/Strategic Equity
-Proven track record of selling tailored equity solutions to Corporate Clients
-Excellent analytical, verbal and written skills
-Any other applicable languages would be desirable
-Ambitious self-starter who can demonstrate success through innovation rather than relying solely upon established networks
