VP, Venture Debt
Introduction:
We are currently looking for a VP, Venture Debt for one of our clients. This position is open to anyone who is eligible to work in San Francisco, United States. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to debt capital markets, with a focus on origination and sales in the venture capital industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the venture capital industry
- Work with clients to structure venture debt transactions
- Expand the firm's venture debt business
- Work with the firm's investment team to evaluate potential investments
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
- Work with the firm's legal team to ensure that all transactions are compliant with relevant regulations
Skills:
- Experience in debt capital markets, preferably with a focus on venture debt
- Strong sales and origination skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
