Role Overview:
As an Investment Principal, you will be an integral part of the team supporting deal flow generation, investment execution, intelligence gathering, and strategic contributions to the ocean innovation ecosystem. This role reports to the Managing Directors and offers a blend of remote and office-based work.
Main Responsibilities:
- Generate and analyze deal flow, sourcing investment opportunities
- Support investment execution, including impact and business diligence, negotiation, and monitoring
- Conduct ocean impact research and market studies
- Contribute to building the ocean innovation ecosystem
Required Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in strategy consulting, innovation, or finance
- Master's degree, with preference for science or engineering background
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Passion for environmental sustainability and ocean health
- Team player with solid interpersonal skills
- Fluent English as a french native
