The Responsibilities Include:
- Assist in the administration of a portfolio of trusts and underlying companies, setting up of trust structures and maintain proper files
- Handle daily on-going administration, maintaining an updated database and perform periodic reviews
- Act as point of contact for and attend meetings with clients and related third parties, when necessary
- Ensure compliance of trust structures with internal and external policies, regulations and legal requirement
The Ideal Candidate:
- At least 5 years of experience in the trust industry
- Degree in Tax & Estate Planning, Law, Economics, Business Administration or a related area.
- STEP membership and other professional qualifications (e.g. HKCIS, CPA, TEP, ACCA) are highly preferred
- English and Mandarin language skills essential
