Job Title: Senior Stop-Loss Underwriter

I'm working with my client, a Leading Reinsurance Company to find a dynamic Senior Stop Loss Underwriter to join their growing team. If you have experience in underwriting stop loss and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, please apply!
Responsibilities:
- Work with Producers & Brokers to negotiate stop loss pricing and terms.
- Take charge of renewals, new business, making business critical decisions.
- Cross collaboarte across teams to establish new business relationships.
- Drive growth and build out a profitable book of business
- Forge and sustain strong relationships with business partners
- Mentor and guide junior underwriting staff
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in underwriting stop loss.
- Experience negotiating proposals and deals directly with brokers.'
- Strong presentation skills for internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications..
- Highly organized, analytical, and quick to learn, with an exceptional ability to multitask and pay attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
