The Responsibilities Include:
- To achieve and exceed personal sales targets
- To develop new business and leads by attending industry events, networking, building relationships and exploring all industry sectors for new client sourcing
- To manage the entire sales cycle from inception to on-boarding
- To maintain and update the CRM system and pipeline information in real time, including proposals, opportunities and leads
- To support on strategic initiatives and development of junior team members, as required
- To assist the Trust team and provide technical support, as needed
The Ideal Candidate:
- Min. 7 years in role as either a business development or client lead professional in the Corporate or Private Wealth industry
- Ideally Degree in accounting, legal or with company secretarial qualification
- Entrepreneurial, mature and solution minded individual with experience in sales/business development
- Excellent networking and people skills
- Sound market knowledge across the Trust, Asia Corporate and Private Wealth space
