Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of trusts, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Provide expert advice to clients on trust structures and related services
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives
Work closely with other teams, including legal and compliance, to ensure effective delivery of services
Prepare and review trust documentation, including trust deeds, resolutions, and other legal documents
Monitor and review the performance of underlying assets and investments
Identify and manage potential risks associated with the trust structures
Keep up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations, and provide guidance to clients and colleagues
Be an ambassador for the firm, promoting its services and values to clients and stakeholders
Requirements:
A degree in law, finance, or a related discipline
At least 8 years of experience in trust management or related services
Ideally STEP qualifications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
Abilitiy to speak and write in English and Mandarin, highly preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
