I am looking for a highly motivated individual with 5-7 years of experience in Private Banking and Client Servicing to join our team as a Private Banking Assistant Relationship Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Relationship Managers in managing client relationships and providing exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to Relationship Managers in managing a portfolio of high net worth clients
- Assist in the preparation of client presentations and reports
- Ensure all client documentation is up-to-date and accurate
- Respond to client inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Liaise with various internal departments to ensure client needs are met
- Attend client meetings with Relationship Managers as needed
- Maintain a high level of knowledge of the financial industry and products
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures to enhance the client experience
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- 5-7 years of experience in Private Banking and Client Servicing
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of financial products and industry regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to find solutions
