The Banker is expected to acquire, develop and service relationships across the UHNW and HNW sector:

Responsible for engaging in business development (to include prospecting, development of external and internal referral sources, use of personal and professional contacts) to deliver significant new client opportunities.
Act as relationship manager for specific portfolio of clients and ensure every client has a positive experience.
Develop a perspective on specific client situations in order to proactively and effectively select and recommend solutions that could resolve their issues and meet their objectives.
Entrepreneurial attitude is essential.

New Business Origination
Identify, develop and secure new relationships through personal and client referrals, intermediary relationships, internal networks, corporate and investment banking sources.
Achieve personal and team targets for new clients, assets and revenues.
Make a demonstrable contribution to referring relevant business to other parts of the group where appropriate.

Client Relationship Management
Maintain the highest levels of service and delivery to existing clients at all times.
Be the key contact for all investment services, banking and credit advice and client queries.
Be the key Interface between clients and other parts of the

Financial Solutions
Provide innovative and world class financial solutions to meet client needs including:

Investment Policy & Strategy Development: Works closely with clients in the capacity of trusted advisor to help develop investment policies and objectives and high-level investment structuring to above their expectations.
Investment Management: Offers a range of services depending on client demands, including modelled, bespoke discretionary and advisory portfolios. Investment Management works closely with the Private Bankers to provide a holistic service to clients.
Be fluent in discussing market and sector issues and opportunities with clients.

Make a demonstrable contribution to PMB. This will include acquiring and servicing clients, supporting the development of the proposition, collaborating across various companies and developing new and emerging talent within the company.
The role holder will utilise fully the banker toolsets and system platforms and challenge current standards to continuously improve quality.

Regulatory obligations, Governance and Control

Ensure conformity with global and market standards of client service, regulatory compliance, T&C, TCF, KYC, product delivery and operating model.
Adhere diligently to sales and business processes and policies (e.g. business assurance) within the regulatory framework including adherence to cross-border rules and financial promotion rules.
Maintain knowledge of regulatory standards in particular on anti-money laundering, suitability, record keeping and reporting.
Ensure that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements, and internal Policies and Standards.
Maintain SPS.
