Selby Jennings are working on an exciting opportunity for an experienced Middle East Fundraiser to join a well-established boutique private debt manager. Our client is looking to set up a Middle East based distribution team and is seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to take the lead on building a portfolio of clients in the Middle East. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of achieving fundraising targets and will have a strong network of investors in the private markets.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a fundraising strategy for the Middle East wholesale and retail network
- Identify new fundraising opportunities and develop new business leads as well as maintaining relationship with existing and prospective investors
- Work closely with the CEO and other senior members of the team to achieve fundraising targets
- Provide regular reports on fundraising activity and performance
Skills
- 7+ years of experience in fundraising
- Should be based in the region, Dubai is preferable
- Proven track record of raising capital across the Middle East wholesale and retail space
- Strong network of investors in the private markets space, private debt favourable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong business development skills
