Our client, one of the fastest growing global middle market investment banks in the U.S., is looking to bring on a revenue generating MD to help scale their Healthcare business.
Requirements:
- Deep knowledge of the M&A/Capital Markets process with a successful track record for sourcing and closing deals
- Experience selling industry expertise at a middle market or boutique investment bank
- Must be a revenue generating Director or Managing Director to be considered
Role Description:
- Work on sell-side and buy-side M&A advisory as well as financing transactions for companies across the Life Sciences sector
- Sourcing and maintaining client relations during the deal execution period and building industry-specific or product-specific expertise
- Regular contact with other teams within the bank to ensure a smooth execution process
- Conduct research and analysis on the bank's clients and prospects as well as industry sub-sectors and contribute ideas for those clients and prospects
- Work directly with client C-Suite
Candidate Qualifications:
- Must be a revenue generating investment banker
- Successful track record with a middle market or boutique investment bank
- Strong preference for Biopharma and/or Biotech expertise
- Ability to develop and maintain long lasting client relationships
- Solid professional writing skills, particularly in preparing CIMs and relevant documents and announcements
