What you'll be doingโฆ
- Overseeing trend analytics, developing savings analysis, and recommending cost trend reduction initiatives to senior leadership
- Working cross-functionally with Finance, Claims, Sales, and other departments to enhance cost trend reduction
- Managing and mentor a team of 3 analysts
What you'll needโฆ
- Significant experience working within Medical Economics or similar analytical field
- 3-4 years of leadership & teambuilding experience
- Strong technical skillset including SQL, SAS, and VBA
