A reputable private markets manager is looking to add an experience investor relations/product specialist to their team. The firm are rapidly growing in to a leading player in the European private markets space and are looking to continue this growth by strengthening their distribution and sales teams.
This opportunity would be excellent for someone looking for a firm with a solid track record where they could gain further experience within private markets, with also having exciting career progression prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the sales team in a project management capacity including RFPs and due diligence
- Creating marketing and fund materials to a high standard and quality
- Answering investor enquiries and providing them with updates in a timely manner
- Being a specialist in the firms product offering and being able to support the sales team with their sales pitches
Skills and Responsibilities:
- 5+ years of experience within private markets in a client service/product specialist capacity
- Fluent in English, German language skills desirable
- Must be eligible to work in Switzerland - the office is based in Zurich
- University degree
- Strong project management skills including presentation creation skills
- The ability to work as part of a wider team
- A high degree of integrity and professionalism
- Meticulous and organised
