Role Overview:
They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Managing Director to join the team and play a pivotal role in leading our M&A operations. The ideal candidate will be fluent in French, possess a deep understanding of mergers and acquisitions, with a successful origination history and demonstrate strong leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all aspects of M&A transactions, from origination to execution and integration.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
- Provide strategic guidance and insights to clients throughout the deal process.
- Lead a team of professionals, providing mentorship and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Requirements:
- Proven track record in M&A advisory, with extensive experience in deal execution.
- Fluent in French, with excellent communication skills in both French and English. German speaking is beneficial.
