Job Description - Investment Banking Associate - Energy
As an Investment Banking Associate, you will play a pivotal role in leading and executing complex financial transactions and providing strategic advice to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and delivering presentations throughout the deal execution period.
- Assisting in the execution of sell-side M&A transactions.
- Conducting extensive industry, market, and company-specific research.
- Creating and owning financial models throughout the M&A transaction life cycle.
- Building and maintaining client relations with established and prospective clients.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Investment Banking, closed M&A experience in Energy, Industrials, or Oil & Gas (Upstream strongly preferred)
- Bachelor's in Finance, Economics, Business, or related fields.
- Personable, strong work ethic, and coachable.
