My client is an International Bank hiring for a full-time hybrid Identity and Access Management role in Mรถnchengladbach Germany. The Identity and Access Management team needs an experienced IT professional to oversee and support our access management system.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain an effective access management framework in the IAM System.
- Manage authentication, authorization, and directory services across all systems.
- Contribute to developing secure and scalable identity and access management solutions.
- Collaborate with colleagues from various departments to assess new technologies and implement innovative solutions.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of authentication and authorization technologies and protocols.
- Experience with identity and access management products like Microsoft Entra, Sailpoint, and Cyberark.
- Familiarity with cloud-based solutions such as Azure Active Directory and AWS IAM.
- Understanding of information security principles.
- Scripting and automation skills using tools like PowerShell and Python.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent team player and communicator.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management or a related field.
- Industry certifications (CISSP, CISA, SANS GIAC) are a plus.
- Mandatory English proficiency; German and Spanish language skills are desirable.
