- Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies targeting institutional and wholesale clients in the UK and Europe.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing investors while actively seeking and engaging with new potential investors.
- Drive the fundraising process end-to-end, including preparing marketing materials, pitch decks, and investment memorandums.
- Collaborate closely with the investment team to understand fund strategy and effectively communicate value propositions to potential investors.
- Monitor market trends and investor preferences to tailor fundraising approaches and materials accordingly.
- Represent Venture Capital at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand our investor network.
- Minimum 5+ years of direct fundraising experience within the venture capital market.
- Proven track record of successfully securing investments from institutional and wholesale clients in the UK and European regions.
- In-depth understanding of the Proptech industry and investment landscape.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex investment strategies effectively.
- Strong relationship-building abilities and a demonstrated capability to maintain investor relations.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
- Existing network and connections within the venture capital and investor community across the UK and Europe.
- Experience working within the Proptech or real estate investment sectors.
