Title: Director of Finance
Company Summary: We are currently partnered with a top tier Environmental and Engineering consulting company looking to add a Director of Finance to their growing team. This Director of Finance will have the opportunity to join a team that is on track to have another record year here in San Francisco, driving financial strategy and ensuring the long-term financial health and sustainability of the company.
Director of Finance will be responsible for:
- Develop and execute financial strategies to support the company's short-term and long-term goals.
- Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash flow management.
- Evaluate and mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Lead financial planning and analysis efforts to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.
- Lead financial analysis and decision support to evaluate business opportunities and investments.
- Collaborate with other members of the executive management team to drive business performance and operational excellence.
- Develop and utilize financial analysis tools to identify opportunities for process and efficiency improvements and overseeing the implementation of these improvement.
Director of Finance should have the following qualifications:
- 10+ years of Investment Banking, Consulting, Corporate Development or Private Equity experience.
- ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES OR ENGINEERING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
- Bachelors in Finance, Economics, Business or related fields.
- Sitting in San Francisco or willing to relocate to San Francisco.
