Corporate Development Manager Responsibilities:
- Identify and drive strategic opportunities, partnerships, and investments in the technology sector.
- Revitalize the strategic plan by discovering and spearheading innovative initiatives, ensuring the company attains its long-term strategic and financial objectives.
- Lead the end-to-end execution of transactions, including negotiating terms, drafting agreements, and coordinating with legal and financial advisors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze market trends and competitive landscapes.
- Conduct due diligence on potential acquisitions and partnerships, including financial analysis and risk assessment.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the tech industry.
Corporate Development Manager Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- 3-5+ Years of Experience in Corporate Development, Investment Banking, and/or Private Equity.
- Critical thinker with extensive analytical, financial, and business valuation skills.
- Experience working on M&A-related transactions a plus.
