An international bank is looking to add to their Corporate Acquisition Finance business.
Role:
- Develop relationships with RMs regionally
- Contribute to deal flow generation, track M&A activity in the region, and present ideas and pitches
- Work with managers of the team on origination and execution of acquisition finance transactions with the support of associates and analysts
- Preparation of credit memos, term sheets and legal documentation
- Identify cross-selling opportunities
- Train juniors and review output
- Perform other work related duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree holder in Business, Finance or related disciplines, preferably CPA, CFA qualification;
- Strong experience in the origination and execution of structured corporate acquisition financing and LBO financing as a lead arranging bank/bookrunner;
- Ability to execute deals from start to end across the whole credit process including credit analysis, modelling, legal (term sheet and documentation);
- Good understanding of capital market products, syndication and ratings;
