What will you be doing? |
· Ensuring thorough documentation of all existing strategies and intent, keeping documentation current as strategy changes are made · Engaging with strategy owners and participating in change control forums · Performing Risk & Control Self-Assessments (RCSA) to review operational risks and ensure the effectiveness of controls, driving attainment of business objectives · Developing and monitoring Control / Exception reporting to ensure that execution matches strategic intent; identifying areas of opportunity to enhance existing controls · Developing and maintaining frameworks for strategy governance, including measurement / KPIs, guardrails, risk ratings, review frequency · Identifying issues and gaps, opening and managing incidents to ensure timely closure of issues |

What we're looking for: |
· Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a Governance and Control or similar discipline |
· Experience in Collections and / or Recoveries within the consumer lending industry, Credit Card preferred |
· In-depth understanding of US consumer collections laws, rules and regulations at the Federal, State and Local level |
· Extensive experience with documentation and issue management · Experience leveraging SQL/SAS on large data sets

· Graduate studies, MBA preferred, or equivalent experience · Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, including Excel to support data analytics and reporting
