Selby Jennings is currently partnered with a growing Insurer who has an opportunity for a Claims Director position. The position will be joining a growing Claims department with tons of room for growth and an exciting culture. This candidate should have 5+ years of experience within the P&C Claims industry with experience in Auto Liability Claims.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in providing direction for the Casualty Claims department
- Oversee Supervisors and Specialist/Adjusters
- Oversee and place appropriate authority levels
- Implement and oversee procedures ensuring compliance
- Oversee a cost-effective strategy
Requirements:
- 5 years within Auto Liability and Bodily Injury Claims
- Experience in a Managerial-facing position
- Experience managing personal Auto Files
- Technical background within Auto Claims
