Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Investor Relations Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and enhancing relationships with our current and potential investors, ensuring transparent and effective communication, and supporting our fundraising efforts. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the real estate market and a proven track record in investor relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential investors, providing them with timely and accurate information about our portfolio and performance.
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports, including quarterly and annual updates, investment summaries, and market analyses.
- Coordinate and manage investor meetings, site visits, and events.
- Assist in the development and execution of fundraising strategies, including the preparation of marketing materials and pitch books.
- Monitor market trends and provide insights to the investment team to inform decision-making processes.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Act as a primary point of contact for investor inquiries and concerns, providing exceptional customer service and support.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA, CFA) is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in investor relations, preferably within the real estate or financial services industry.
- Deep understanding of the real estate market in Western Europe.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Ability to travel within Western Europe as needed.
- Fluency in English is required; additional European languages are a plus.
