All global reinsurance firm is looking to add a seasoned VP, Heath Solutions Actuary to head out the growth of their international health insurance business. This role will be responsible for growing a team of health actuaries who have experience working with self-funded plans and employer stop loss to ultimately bring health reinsurance solutions to employers in international markets.
Requirements
- 12+ years of health experience (carrier or consulting)
- 8+ years of strong leadership / strategic business experience
- FSA designation
- Bachelor's degree in related field (Actuarial Science, Financial Analysis, Statistics)
Skills
- Extensive experience with Employer Stop Loss (ESL)
- Expert knowledge of employer-funded healthcare (health plans, providers, etc)
- Strong technical skills (SQL, SAS, EXCEL, ETC.)
