Key Responsibilities:
Perform detailed financial modeling and valuation analyses for TMT clients
Stay up-to-date on TMT trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics
Lead and participate in due diligence processes
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a key point of contact
Work collaboratively with senior bankers
Play an integral role in managing the end-to-end deal execution process
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
3-5 years of relevant experience in investment banking, with a focus on TMT transactions
Exceptional financial modeling and valuation skills
