Senior Solutions Consultant (Technical) , leading Financial Services Firm
Our client is a leading Financial Services firm with strong global presence. We are hiring a Senior Solutions Consultant to be based in Singapore with experience in Pre-sales in Business Process Management
This position is a new hire for the business and we are looking for candidates who are keen to develop their career in a young and vibrant market space. An entrepreneurial mindset and ability to think outside the box are keen aspects of this role and you must demonstrate willingness to be flexible and develop the role as the business develops.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Key contact for subjects regarding Business Process Management and driving the business by engaging new and existing customers
- Act as the key point of contact for client stakeholders and managing program expectations
- Manage proposals and design solutions for managed service deals such as RFP, RFI, Approach Notes, etc.
- Generate sales collaterals and solutions designs that accurately reflects customer business needs with hands on expertise
- Lead and initiate pre-sales life cycle that drive product usage, increased relevance, revenue growth and market share
- Detailed knowledge on Business Process Management
- Problem solving and strategic skills and mindset
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in Business Process Management/Business Implementation
- Wholesale/SME banking experience advantageous
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of financial services
- Ability to work independently and collectively as part of a team
- Strong technical skills and a strategic mindset and business acumen
- Excellent stakeholder management and keen eye for detail
