Required Skills
- 8-10+ years of professional experience within the financial services
- 5+ years working in a fintech developing client facing products OR in a client facing team within a financial services firm
- 5+ years experience in Python programming
- Knowledge of technology infrastructure, functional dependencies and business requirements of financial institutions
- The ability to bring appropriate knowledge and creativity to clients' challenges and specify concrete proposals to meet their goals
- Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of projects
- While a remote friendly environment; You must be based in New York and willing to visit clients' offices as required
Preferred Skills
- Prior hands-on familiarity with risk systems SecDb (Goldman Sachs), Athena (JP Morgan) or Quartz (Bank of America Merrill Lynch)
- Familiarity with modern public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Past project management/leadership experience
- Knowledge of project, change, and relationship management principles and practices
