In the Governance, Risk & Compliance Services (GRCS) group, you will manage and oversee public organisations through significant projects as a Public Sector Manager. As the main point of contact for clients, you will specify the scope of the project and guarantee that all quality requirements are satisfied. From the client's point of view, you will supervise (senior) consultants and team members and serve as a guide and mentor for less experienced colleagues.
You will determine the needs of clients, find fresh prospects, and help with proposal writing to get deals. As part of this work, you will be taking part in training to improve your knowledge and advisory abilities.
The team is vibrant and driven, emphasising the development of a stimulating workplace. Our team works with ministries, federal agencies, and municipal governments on projects. With roughly 75 specialists from different countries. Tasks encompass a wide range of topics, such as digitisation, ESG, internal controls, data analysis, and soft controls.

Skills and Qualifications:
- A completed university master's degree.
- Preferred qualifications: RA, RO, or RE title, or willingness to pursue such training.
- Five to seven years of experience in the public sector.
- Demonstrable expertise in internal audit, control, and risk management.
- Strong communication and commercial skills.
- Experience in managing and mentoring junior and mid-level colleagues.
- Politically astute with a focus on achieving results.
