As their Senior Legal Counsel
- You will provide legal advice on commercial legal matters around the company's needs
- You will work with colleagues from a wide range of specialist areas and with the company management.
- You will be involved on corporate legal projects including M&A
- You will support all departments on legal issues
You bring along
- Lawyer qualification
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in the legal department of an international company ,ideally in the manufacturing , or similar, industry
- Knowledge of commercial and corporate law
- Excellent organizational and communication skills along with a proactive attitude
- Fluent German and English , written and spoken
