My client is seeking a talented Senior FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) Analyst to lead their financial forecasting, budgeting, and analytical efforts. The FP&A Analyst will play a critical role in providing insightful analysis and strategic guidance to support decision-making at all levels of the organization.
This position will be hybrid working in their Cleveland, OH office (2 days in-office, 3 days from home)
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a proven track record.
- Strong proficiency in developing financial modeling and analysis, including advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex financial concepts into clear, actionable insights.
