Responsibilities:
- Accounting, reporting, and administration of private equity funds
- Financial statements, capital accounts, management reporting
- Borrowing requests, repayments, calculation of interest
- Review of legal documents, structure charts, management service agreements
- Fund waterfalls, investor requests, reconciliations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA (Master's degree a plus)
- 5+ years of public accounting or fund accounting experience within private equity/alternative investments space
- Investran, CashPro, Dynamo experience
