Responsibilities:
- Assess and manage a diverse portfolio of complex insurance claims, including property, casualty, liability, and other specialized claims.
- Conduct thorough investigations, evaluate coverage, determine liability, and negotiate settlements in accordance with company guidelines and industry best practices.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on risk management strategies, loss prevention, and claims mitigation.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriters, legal counsel, and loss control professionals, to ensure accurate claim assessments and prompt resolution.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering proactive risk management solutions tailored to their unique needs.
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks to provide informed recommendations and identify opportunities for business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurance brokers, and other key stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships and drive customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present reports, claims data analysis, and risk assessments to senior management and clients as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in risk management, insurance, business administration, or a related field.
