We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Associate to join our dynamic Asset Management team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the performance of our portfolio properties, ensuring alignment with the firm's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze the financial performance of portfolio properties, ensuring alignment with projections and strategic goals.
- Collaborate with property management teams to implement value-enhancing strategies that reflect the firm's commitment to excellence.
- Prepare regular performance reports and updates for internal stakeholders and investors, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to inform asset management strategies and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain clear and proactive communication with all parties involved in asset management, including property managers and external partners.
- Analyze market conditions to identify optimal timing for potential asset disposition, aligning with the firm's investment objectives.
- Assist in developing and executing strategies for the recapitalization of assets to maximize returns for investors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in real estate private equity, investment banking, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and analysis (Excel).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with multifamily property types
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proficiency in real estate software (e.g., Argus, CoStar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
