An independent investment management firm is looking for a knowledgeable and motivated graduate to join their sales support and marketing team in London. The firm has offices based in four countries and offers investment advice and management to it's network of global clients. Due to the firm's success and growth, they are now hiring for an entry-level sales support role.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, edit & proof-read marketing materials.
- Prepare Due Diligence Questionnaires.
- Compare investment funds and execute performance analyses.
- Answer client queries and prepare materials for client calls.
- Prepare client's monthly standard reports.
- Communicate and liaise with service providers to assist client investments.
- Update and organise the firms database and CRM system.
- Support the firm's partners, sales staff and investment team.

- Highly knowledgeable and interested in the financial markets.

Candidate Experience/Qualifications
- Minimum BA/BSc degree from a reputable university.
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Previous internships/experience within financial services is a plus.
