Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice and guidance to high-net-worth clients on fixed income investment strategies, products, and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their investment objectives, risk tolerance, and income goals.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of market conditions, economic trends, and credit risks to identify suitable fixed income investment opportunities.
- Recommend and implement tailored fixed income solutions that align with clients' financial goals and risk profiles.
- Stay up-to-date with market developments, regulatory changes, and industry best practices related to fixed income investments.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including relationship managers, product specialists, and research teams, to deliver comprehensive investment solutions to clients.
- Continuously monitor and review fixed income portfolios, assessing performance, and making necessary adjustments to ensure alignment with clients' objectives.
- Proactively communicate with clients, providing regular updates on portfolio performance, market insights, and investment recommendations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including investment preferences, communication history, and compliance documentation.
- Adhere to relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies, ensuring all activities are conducted in compliance with legal and compliance guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in fixed income advisory or portfolio management, preferably within a private banking or wealth management environment.
- Proven track record of successfully advising high-net-worth clients on fixed income products and strategies.
- Strong knowledge of global fixed income markets, including government bonds, corporate bonds, municipal bonds, and other fixed income instruments.
- Native Mandarin language skills are essential, with fluency in English and Cantonese considered a bonus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex financial concepts to clients.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Professional certifications such as CFA or equivalent qualifications are highly desirable.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements governing fixed income investments in Hong Kong.
