Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain the Project Management Office, ensuring that project management best practices are followed across the organisation.
- Develop and maintain project management templates, standards, and procedures to be used by project teams.
- Provide guidance and support to project managers in the areas of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and issue resolution.
- Ensure the consistency and accuracy of project status reporting across all projects.
- Develop and manage project management tools and systems to support effective project execution.
- Track project progress against plan, identify and manage project risks and issues, and ensure that project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure project success.
- Provide training and support to project managers and other stakeholders on project management methodologies and tools.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or related field; PMP certification preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a banking or financial services environment.
- Experience in establishing and managing a Project Management Office.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyse complex data and identify key insights.
- Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering them on time and within budget.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
