Responsibilities:
- Act as a project manager to lead and coordinate the implementation of resolution planning standards and liquidity standards issued by HKMA
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful execution of project deliverables
- Provide guidance and support to the team in implementing resolution planning and liquidity standards
- Work collaboratively with various stakeholders across the organisation to ensure alignment and successful implementation of project plans
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with regulatory bodies and other external stakeholders
- Monitor and report on progress towards project goals and objectives
- Identify and manage project risks and issues
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, law, or related fields
- 10+ years of experience in the banking industry, with a focus on resolution planning and liquidity management
- Fluent in English and Cantonese
- Strong project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects
- Knowledge of HKMA resolution planning and liquidity standards is preferred
