Responsibilities:
ยท Leading the origination and supporting the execution of M&A transactions
ยท Managing and mentoring junior members of the team
ยท Maintaining a deep understanding of clients' changing needs and partnering with colleagues across the bank to provide relevant solutions
ยท Leading the generation of strategic ideas and content to enhance client dialogue and increase overall investment banking wallet share
ยท Strong analytical and corporate finance skills, including financial analysis, financial modelling and valuation
ยท Leading client meetings and dialogue
Your profile
ยท Bachelors, or higher, degree in Finance or related subjects
ยท 3 - 7+ Years' experience in full-time Investment Banking (M&A) or Corporate Finance focused role
ยท Exceptional financial modelling skills are required
ยท Strong analytical and multi-tasking capabilities
Exceptional communication, teamwork and leadership skills
