Global Commodities and energy conglomerate seeks to hire an analyst and associate into their corporate development/M&A team in London. Working on cross border acquisitions and divestments across EMEA.
The group had just hired an excellent senior banker from a Bulge bracket/elite corporate background to lead the M&A division and are looking to add to their team at the junior level.
Background:
- 2-5 year's in a bank or leading boutique M&A team
- DCF/LBO modelling
- Experience writing IMs/teasers/marketing materials
- Liaising with clients and contributing to the origination process
- Experience working on transactions across energy/infra/natural resources would be preferred.
