Currently seeking a Legal and Compliance Manager to work within the business of 13,00 people. This position will give you the responsibility of leading numerous projects, internally and externally as a Legal and Compliance Manager.

As a legal and Compliance Manager, you will be:
* Responsible for all legal monitoring and compliance employees
* Monitoring and evaluating the company's legal innovations and standards (focusing on insurance companies and financial institutions)
* Delegated to implement group-wide legal monitoring projects
* Supporting and developing the compliance management system
* In charge for all relevant issues related to compliance
* Further developing projects to nation-wide compliance sectors
* Monitoring organisational processes and measuring deficits in the operational areas of companies
* Providing advice and support for the business and support their processes in the context of legal and compliance

As a Legal and Compliance Manager, you should have:
* A degree in either law, economics, or other similar social sciences
* A minimum of 1-year leadership experience
* Experience in regulatory in insurance and compliance
* Similar experience in related industries / in dealing with legal governance related matters
* Experience in Legal monitoring
* Excellent communication and analytical skills
* Fluent in German
