Investor Relations Operations Analyst Responsibilities:
- Maintain internal CRM system and software along with investor portal / website as well as distribution lists, working closely with IR team
- Maintain investor capital activity (Documentation, working with internal and external legal counsel, handling questions and all investor requests)
- Maintain all census data on investor base itself and generate all types of metrics and reporting for IR, compliance / regulatory purposes for the sales team
- Provide operational support to the Investor Relations team
- Manage relationships with investors and provide excellent customer service
- Ensure that all investor communications are accurate and timely
- Handle investor requests and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
