Investor Relations Associate
A Top Private Equity firm is looking to grow and add an Investor Relations Associate to their team to help in their investor relations and fundraising process. As an Investor Relations Analyst you will have the opportunity to play a pivotal role in driving growth and shaping the future of the firm. You will be at the forefront of identifying and cultivating strategic partnerships, forging strong relationships with key stakeholders, and expanding the firm's network.

The candidate will share responsibility for maintaining relationships with investors, completing investor requests and investor reporting, supporting capital raising activities while helping to manage the Firm's growth initiatives. This position allows a candidate to work cross-functionally across many teams and gain direct exposure to very senior members of the firm.
Investor Relations Associate Responsibilities:
- Act as a primary point of contact for our investors, responding to inquiries and providing regular updates on our investment performance and portfolio companies
- Prepare and distribute investor communications, including quarterly reports, performance updates, and other relevant information
- Develop and maintain marketing materials, including pitch books and investor presentations
- Support fundraising efforts by preparing due diligence materials and responding to investor inquiries
- Collaborate with the investment team to ensure investment objectives align with investor expectations
- Evaluate completed due diligence requests from LP's while coordinating investor queries
- Coordinate the collection and analysis of key metrics across multiple internal teams and external resources
- Act as a main liaison between investors and the firm by completing RFPs, DDQs, and investor requests
Investor Relations Associate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in investor relations or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners
