I am representing a boutique investment bank who is looking to bring on Analysts and Associates onto their Investment Banking team in New York. This firm is the pioneer and primary underwriter of SPACs since its founding. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, modeling, and valuation for SPAC and M&A deals
- Collaborate with senior team members in due diligence efforts, including reviewing financial statements, legal documents, and market research
- Contribute to the preparation of transaction materials, presentations, and client communications
- Stay up to date with market trends
- Assist in the management and execution of SPAC and M&A transactions
- Engage in client meetings and foster strong client relationships
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field (Master's/MBA is a plus)
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
- Relevant work experience in investment banking
