Requirements:
- Lead and manage end-to-end M&A processes, including deal origination, due diligence, financial analysis, valuation, and negotiation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and providing strategic advice on M&A opportunities.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify potential targets and market trends within the UK coverage space.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to structure and execute M&A transactions, ensuring optimal deal terms and strategic alignment.
- Prepare detailed financial models, investment memos, and presentations to facilitate decision-making and communication with clients.
- Stay abreast of industry developments, regulatory frameworks, and market dynamics to provide expert insights and guidance to clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Extensive experience in investment banking, with a focus on M&A transactions within the UK market.
- Proven track record of successfully executing complex M&A deals, including buy-side and sell-side transactions.
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills to assess investment opportunities and risks.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities to engage with clients and stakeholders effectively.
- Deep knowledge of the UK coverage market, including key sectors, players, and regulatory considerations.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
