Responsibilities:
- Oversight of HR Compliance matters in APAC
- Analyse HR policies, procedures and operations and identify compliance gaps
- Make recommendations to different internal parties for a better HR practices and operations across APAC locations
- Assist with regulatory requests, operations reviews and reporting
- Act as the point of contact for HR privacy, data protection and ensure procedures are in line with local requirements and global policies
Requirements:
- Understanding of HR policies, processes and operations
- Experience working with senior stakeholders in the business
- Understanding of HR compliance policies
- Strong communications skills
- Fluent English
