Responsibilities
- This role is to be based in Singapore
- Full HR Spectrum not limited to:
- Develop and implement HR initiatives and plans to achieve Company's business goals
- Work collaboratively with Management, HQ HR team and other stakeholders to build a culture of excellence and innovation, improve team effectiveness, productivity and engagement
- Responsible for HR Operational excellence, ensure service delivery efficiency, HR processes and HR practices efficiency in compliance with statutory requirements and in line with business strategies.
- Review current processes and procedures, develop and improve systems and procedures to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness on an ongoing basis to support the business strategies of the Company
- Strategise and implement policies relating to Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits, Performance Management, Learning and Development, and Compensation & Benefits to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and industry trends and ensure ongoing talent acquisitions, talent management, employee engagement and retention
- Ensure HR compliance in conjunction with Singapore Employment Laws and provide support to audits as required
- Plan and Monitor HR Budget
- Work closely with Management and Stakeholders to develop Manpower planning to support the business strategies
- Manage full life-cycle recruitment, from developing sourcing strategies, pre-screening, interviewing, negotiating salary offers to facilitating the hiring and on-boarding processes
- Lead and drive the performance management and development initiatives to ensure availability of talented and high dedicated workforce at all times and as per business needs
- Drive employee engagement and enhance retention strategies to retain employees
- Lead staff communication and develop/organise team bonding initiatives and activities to build team synergies and develop a positive corporate culture within Singapore office, in line with Headquarter, and at the same time maintain competitive advantage for timely delivery of the Company's strategies
- Oversee the payroll processes in Singapore office to ensure documentation and control in place, check and balance, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements
- Oversee and manage day-to-day HR Operational matters
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 5 - 10 year's HR business partnering/generalist experience preferably in the Oil & Gas industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with teams and individuals at all levels within the organisation
- Require to liaise with internal and external Chinese stakeholders
- Good language proficiency (both spoken and written) in English and Mandarin
- Independent, mature, multitask-er, flexible, excellent time management
